- Prep the Bread:
- Trim the crusts off and flatten each slice using a rolling pin or glass for easy rolling.
- Add the Fillings:
- Nutella Roll-Up: Spread Nutella in a thin line along one edge.
- Cream Cheese & Fruit Roll-Up: Spread cream cheese, then top with small fruit pieces.
- Roll Them Up:
- Roll the bread firmly starting at the filled edge to ensure a tight log.
- Prepare Egg Mixture & Cinnamon Sugar:
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla if using.
- In another bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Cook the Roll-Ups:
- Dip each roll in the egg mix, coating all sides gently.
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt butter or oil.
- Place roll-ups seam-side down and cook, turning to get all sides golden brown (about 2 minutes per side).

Let kids get involved spreading the filling or rolling the bread can be a fun, hands-on activity. Just remind them to be gentle to avoid tearing the bread!
