Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Brush or spray both sides of each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
- Pre-crisp the tortilla in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes — this prevents sogginess.
- Remove and spread 1-2 tbsp of pizza sauce evenly, leaving edges uncovered.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, then a little Parmesan over the sauce.
- Add toppings evenly don’t overload, or the crust won’t crisp.
- Sprinkle herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Air fry again at 375°F (190°C) for 4-6 minutes or until the cheese bubbles and the edges are golden.
- Transfer carefully with tongs to a cooling rack or cutting board.
- Cool 1-2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Make it kid-friendly: Let kids decorate their own mini pizzas.
- Low-cal version: Use light mozzarella & whole wheat wraps.
- Spicy lovers: Add chili flakes or jalapeño slices.
